Actually if there must be an objective, which i never use on mine, its best to leave it generic unless hes applying for a specific job. right now hes just making a general posting so thats good enough imo

well killa u right! since him just starting out but if you have a few years of experience you should know what you looking for. Its a turn off for employers when you have experience and you have a generic objective. after a few years you must know what you want for a career . but i get your point!

Hey although you are just starting out if you did any form of Supervision or team leading please state it. Because you lack the experience if you have these qualities you should try to make it known.
