MoHawk is kinda out of the way... you might as well go to Ryerson and do a degree in Information Technology Management OR go to Seneca college and do their network admin program ere (if you really want ta at the certificate / diploma level)... that is of course if youre in canada which it sounds like you are...
Better yet if youre legally allowed to work up here... find a low level helpdesk job and get them to pay for your certs / courses / whatever...

I would not waste money at one of thoe unaccredited private colleges though... if you do intend to do a network admin course at a private college, it should not cost more than $4000 and should cover at least CCNA and MSCE material (maybe exams extra)...
Also theres a microsoft testing center around every corner in toronto so you dont have to specifically choose a school which is a testing center.

looks like its going to cost between 13-15k for the 3 year course. the curriculum looks pretty good. Only thing that made my cringe was the math...but i guess you need that for programming.

now this is not bad, not like its

    11k for 8months NOT
    11k for 3-4yrs sold

    oh its a college btw

I have taught (almost) identical technology courses as you describe, for over 10 years.
The average course runs for 10 to 12 months at a cost of approximately 20,000 USD.
The program usually provide hands-on training in PC maintenance, web development and networking whilst preparing the student for CompTia's A+, Net+ or Sec+.
Usually, on completion of this diploma course, amd about 3-6 months in the field, the student should be ready for his/her first MCP/CNA certification.

Training and certification is one thing...knowledge and real-world experience is another. The "paper" MAY get you through the door but it takes a lot more to keep you in and moving up.

OH, Pardon my manners..I am a newbie.

    Season's greetings to all.
    A likkle a dis, a likkle a dat an' every ting in-between.

you should always over shoot your budget...i would aim for about 15-18K and Im hoping thats for the entire course and not per semester...call them up and find out.
