Saw BlackBerry out of service across North America (US & Canada). Has it affected users in Jamaica?

"An outage has disconnected BlackBerry smart phones across North America.

AT&T says the disruption is affecting all wireless carriers. They said they first learned about the problem at about 3:30 p.m. ET.

There's no word on the cause or when the problem might be fixed.
