Are you serious? So you saying that stealing software is a life or death situation? how can you compare murder/killing/death to stealing software?

As it has been said over and over in this thread, you have a choice. If your being attacked physically most people react instinctively and usually happens when you don't expect it. With software piracy you are reading this thread, seeing all the proof that its illegal and how people bring weak arguments on how they feel there is nothing wrong with it and still go download software.

but please do continue, I find it ever so entertaining to hear the new excuses people come up with.

but boss you never hear the phrase the law is not a shackle? do you know what that means...? stealing is wrong yes but just like how killing not always wrong same with stealing, but even that funny, in society we can accept a person killing another in the context of self defense but if a man steal fi stay alive we send him guh duh haad labour, its obvious we take property more serious than life........
What a comparison, such an obvious fallacy. You stay there taking that quote as gospel. Are you willing to suffer the consequences of your maligned mode of thought? Obviously, many persons pirate software but the reasons are ridiculous.

The important thing is that you regard pirating, by your own words, stealing. On an individual level that's all persons have to come to term with. That is, what their personal views on stealing are and what implications if any, does the act have on one's morality. Trying to start a band waggon of pirating advocates is nonsensical to me and alludes to the covert guilt that a person has because they are trying to tell themselves that "stealing" software is right and justifiable.
