We are hiring a Jnr. Webmaster to work freelance.

Your major duties will include:
Updating websites with content.
Converting the word docs to html and then posting them sites via ssh.
Add/change/remove advertisements from HTML code
Submit web pages to social bookmarking services

The skills required for this role are:
The ability to write minimal HTML (<p>,<ul>,<ol>,<li>,<table>,<tr>,<td>,<br> and <hr>).
Knowledge of very basic Unix(cd, ls, cp, mv, vi or pico, ssh, and a few more commands).

You will be working from home and your rate will be US$4.00 per hr.

If thats the case, then no, its not. I suppose the exact terms of the contract weren't so clear.
