haven't you been reading the other threads? People are complaining that sp1 can put you pc in an endless reboot, plus microsoft still dont cover some software to run on the system yet. On many occasions I've installed software and blue screen take over. Who said it was crash proof. Its just a waste of time to be restoring and fixing problems. The system is just still not ready.

All the newbies seem to love vista. I know alot of them. They buy a computer with vista and it becomes the world to them. Most of them never used to xp thats why. Vista fans just keep on dreaming for now. Graphics fool them.

which is why...to my knowledge sp1 hasn't been released to the public as yet...but a few of you folks downloading crack/leaked SP1 or vista so what uno expect. There are a few people here that have genuine reasons for not liking/needing vista. But others just follow the crowd...me I don't like it because for what I need i see no added benefit

    @ Kila
yes, the hard drive is sata. i am noticing an issue. when i am scrolling up and down the page, the right side scrolls up faster than the left, probably just means i need latest drivers, but its peculiar and kinda bothers my eyes. anyone else have this issue?
and dont worry, i am still playing with my Vista, but in the last week i downgraded 2 laptops from vista to XP and the waiting list is growing. XP naw go nowhere for right now. not only that, but the list of websites devoted to helping ppl find drivers where the manufacturer omitted or declined to provide drivers for XP downgrades grows every day for every manufacturer.
downgraded a Sony Vaio last night. working flawlessly. also still have an issue with lots of my apps not working in vista and the sheer volume of hard drive space and memory that this beast sucks away... but i monitor and watch and observe and pay attention. so far so good.
Do nothing which is of no use.
