MAX is disabled in demo...only have low, medium and high

DONT NEED AA AT 1600x1200

The renderer also borks the AA implementation because of HDR

The "Very High" settings are Vista (DirectX 10) only!!

Game is heavily optimised for Nvidiots, plus remeber there is a Crysis optimised beta driver.
