Guys Success atlast. Opened my laptop and it resumed from Hibernation. To my surprise the contents of the audio cd I had left in the drive 2-3 weeks ago came up. I was shocked to say the least.

I am afraid to remove the cd star. Wish me luck guys.

Woe is me, Today i was playing a round of nfs underground, after a while I stopped, left the house and then came back. Only to notice my cdrom light on, Yep the drive isnt reading anything again. Restarted just to make sure and got a weird error message. - Disk in drive D: isnt formatted etc etc etc.

Now I am back to square one.
