Actually I believe that dual LNBs are used to get signal from two Satelite. eg. 119 and 110. To give signal to more than one reciever, one would have to use a multi switch. Multi switches come in different configurations. a 4-1 multi switch will take 4 inputs and send it to one receiver. So if one wants connectivity to more than one receiver, one would have to get a multi switch that supports that. Here is an example
