Best Buy in New Jersey sends out ads in the local news paper on a daily basis, The last one I read about a week ago was the PS3 for $499.99 U.S . That was the 60GB Version.

The price dropped for a while and suddenly went back up again

a 40GB PS3 costs $400. The price never went back up the 60GB version is out of production but people may still want it so they dont reduce the price. The 60GB and 80GB were always $500 (since the price drop)

read and understand yout....di man seh bestbuy was selling the 60Gb version for 499.99..anyway if you use the ps3 to watch movies it will be more fun that way...jealous??? if I want one now I can go get it now I see and play them everyday Kid I got no interest in it maybe if it was the only console around...my room is complete with a 360 and a wii the best I will get a bleray player for my pc soon
