I think VB.Net comes with a converter.

I don't hink you will find a converter of such kind because you are not just change the scripts. Its a whole new frame work and development. Classic ASP is scripts, almost client side scripts while the .Net framework is completely server-side scripting. There was a lot of change and deprecated objects moving from ASP to ASP.Net.
