THERE HAS BEEN LINUX ADVOCACY IN JAMAICA--
I am talking about eye to eye Ministers and CEOs from
like 1998 to my certain knowlege--as it was my mouth doing
    the advocacy.

The prob. is that the shills, eggs spurts, sales jerks, etc have their focus. You know how it is--why drink free water
when you can pay for it?

    quote from The Daily Show:

Scientists have found that there is no difference in quality between bottled water and tap water.

Upon this report breaking, rich people from all over have been flocking to buy bottled tap water.

No man is an island , and therefore approaching Ministers and CEOs with a singular appeal is futile, however having the unified body of an organization or support group is more promissing.
With the state of linux now (support and software) i cannot see why a well advocated position will be ignored.
