gaming on c&w internet service
people who have been gaming on 256kbs and 512kbs connection it has all been changed for you even without you know....C&W upgraded everyone who has been using these 2 connection . persons with 256kbs are now on 1Mbs and 512kbs is now on 2Mb and the same charges applies. so better connections overall for internet gaming

Its caribbean thing. It was done here in the BVI where 3 packages are available to residential customers i.e 1Mbs, 2Mbs and 3Mbs. C&W advertised it here as a move to their own regional platform

c&w did that ... my 512 works like a dial up thinking of flow

they didnt do that for me... i had 512 for bout a year and mash... its 1meg now but because i requested it...
and now
1)it droppin like crazy....
2)its a miracle if i get over 800kb on it... (1meg = 1024kbs)....
as flow reach my way i gone cause the issues start 2 weeks after i upgrade and i called them bout it, that was bout 4 months ago...
Everything can be learnt, simply by not speaking...

1Mbs =125 KBs ok so you should be 110 and over in downloads if you had stayed with your 512 you would have gotten 2 Mbs at the same price

When would this increase take effect? cuz i'm sporting a 512 connection for over 2 years now and i'm still getting only 402 out of it. I'm not upgrading until flow come around.

they are gonna upgrade it without you knowing 256 and 512 are gonna be history yeah I am eaiting for flow too

the "fine print" in CW contract is..."Yes your service is a 1mb, 2mb, etc but they allocate a certain amount of bandwidth to each area and that bandwidth will be shared between everyone on that network". So in short which is a straight up lie if "X" amount of ppl are on chances are you will not get the "full" 1mb. 2mb, etc, but when i was with them my 256 was upgraded to 1mb (after weeks and weeks of calling) but never evvvver received more than maybe 700/800kbs

well I was using 2Mbs and I was getting 1888Kbs
