imagine getting a genuine receipt from a member
(who has two posts, u don't know their real name, real address, or how many other user names they have using)

It is usually best to have a receipt in case of you need a refund or have the item exchange....

But on a site like TechJa....it is impossible to obtain a receipt. The only way one can get a receipt from such person, is if the person has a business that most person know about. There are few TechJa member that have a business for himself or herself....either at a store or doing it from home.

It's a risk people. Just be grateful you get a working item. Could've been worse. Man coulda rob you, kill you and nothing comes out of it... then he comes back and tries to sell the item again.

Well that man would have to know Techja website to try selling it on here......not everybody know bout this site. I am not saying that your point is incorrect.....

But to be honest with y'all.....I do not buy from people....I only buy from stores. Even vendors on the street....never in my life I tried buying anything from them. I always ask myself.....how do people trust vendors who sell food. Well....as for me....I don't buy from vendors. Some vendors on the street are plain nasty.....some don't even practice proper hygiene, for example, a man piss inna bush or on wall.....and him nuh wash hands....or even dig out dem nose.....Just NASTY.

Don't be afraid - alot of people on this site give receipts when u ask.
Some will say - Nope, i have no receipt.

Just ask, is only two (2) answers u can get - Yes/No.
    I've gotten receipts.

You got receipts from individuals? This must be because they have an existing store. Or they have a cash register at home and print out a receipt before meeting with you.

    What's on this receipt?
