also stated on their website as well
Knowledge is just wasted time if not put to action

Network +, A+, CCNA, CCDA, CXFS, Avaya (ACIS), MCP ...next stop CCNP,MCSE, CCNA Security, CCNA Voice, VCP
waste of time in my opinion...(yea as if it isn't obvious enough... i'm a disgruntled former student) they been claiming to get accreditation for 5 yrs now ... good thing i didn't hold my breath on that one... not sure if there is any improvement now but when i started they took out key IT courses and replaced them with what they called electives.. but they were mandatory electives ... like wtf? *eg replacing graphic designing with spanish* * replacing networking with public speaking and then replacing something else for networking * their stupidity is mind boggling -__- and as with all universities the admin staff didn't communicate with the students on these changes...in my opinion ucc was grand waste of time..>_>
^^ what he said... its nice that the course is FINALLY accredited... i was thinking i now have reason to go back and finish off with it... but his rant made me think twice. Maybe when i totally bored i'll take it up
...and they been lying about accreditation for more like 7 years

I believe they are having a ton load of issues and the students are getting the end of the stick. It sure is not pretty there, having some second thoughts about the school. Communication? key area for disgruntled students now and they have no qualms about showing it too. I am actually weighing my options.
IT, most of which i teach myself..

I am hoping things have changed, cause I starting the B.Sc in IT in September.
Spanish and Public Speaking seems to be still part of it. http://www.ucc.edu.jm/curriculum/deg...on-technology/Originally Posted by badinfluence
So you saying networking and graphic designing was apart of the course before they changed it to what it is now?
