    Default DVD Quality

OK, in my DVD App gives options for creating various Quality DVD's .. Lowest/Low/Medium/High/Highest

My question is . lets say i Have a AVI and the quality isnt all that, if i select Highest Quality in the App, does it enhance the quality right now im Using Medium Quality, as this way it takes less space, so i can fit 2/3 movies on Disk, and the quality is very good...

Guess i will do a test and see if it does infact bump up the quality if the original File is poor, hoping one of yu guys will know this

It depends on the program you are using the features you are using. Some programs come with adavance reconstruction algorithms. The best I have tested is Canopus Procoder, which as many advance restoration features, but it comes with a price tag Video Improvement as many tricks to it. (Read up)

WinAVI is one of the worst video transcoder around, it is fast, but ineffecient. Superior quality takes time and if you need good video advice stop using a WinAVI and switch to Canopus Procoder.... If you want mediocrity stick with WinAVI.

Canopus Procoder can produce smaller file sizes (if you know what you are doing) at a greater quality than WinAVI

I like my videos clean. WinAVI might do it for some people, but not for me especially professional. Aspect ratio and scaling feature needs to be enhanced, more features are needed, more formats supportedm, Super Video Convertor, quality may not be good, but can convert to any format
