Yea, run a few FTP servers. You and some frenz can share a few softies or play a few games on your own server.

Anything you want comes to mind but seriously, it is like you are saying that you just bought a plot of land and want to know what to do with it - that isn't a lot to go on. What kind of connection is it? Is it a symmetric 10mbps connection or is that just downstream? What are the latency figures like?

...and probably more important than any of those, what have you wanted to try prior to this but didn't have the bandwidth to do? Keep in mind, any pet project you do will probably require additional software and/or hardware.
