    Yeah, especially one that has so much anticipation and hype surrounding it. The average owner of the iPhone is going to treat it like a gem, all wipe off the finger smudges every few seconds or so lol.

    The cost of major components in the iPhone and the supplier. The touchscreen is the most expensive component (figures).

    Read this

    Apparently they use cheap components to maximize sales profit unlike the PS3 makers.

    it doesnt take into consideration the costs to develop the software for the device.
