Hmm...this one is a lil tricky....a range of 0 to 1m within a 30° cone is needed to have stable transmission. Transmission has been done within 2m but not as stable.
well its not really tricky, because the number are not so close together, maybe if it was 1m 3m 5m 7m etc ;D
Using my TV and remote as a guide, I believe the answer is B 5metres (roughly 15 feet).
