MCSE and Security mixed well that had to be number one... let's face it the top vendor worldwide and the biggest issue the world is facing right now combined well there you have it.
CCIE well we all know that's probably the most difficult cert to get it deserves the number two slot.. Well like I said before Security is the worlds biggest problem know so Security+ had to be up there.

well it could be marketing hype but the industry is really dominated by both Microsoft and Cisco at the moment.... And as I said Security is our biggest concern right now...
But you could still be right still I am speaking based on research so I may be wrong still...
