    well I do 24/7 365 day and never got one of those email. p.s probably cause I dont use there email lol.

    Some people are lucky and never run in to any problems, But they probably will not do anything its just a scare tactic.

    By the way Comcast is known to spy on its users.

    It is required by law for all ISPs to keep logs on users activities. Therefore, most transactions are logged.

    YES, Both Comcast, C&W, and every other ISP logs EVERYTHING that you do, Try downloading movies from sites that have rapidshare links, When downloading Torrents your ISP may have you on the "radar"

    Well, If you download a lot, for example 10 files that are 100mb a day or a torrent. They have a name for users like that its "heavy users" they will also check if you use Warez and Torrent sites.


    I think it is a invasion of your privacy, But you really can't stop them.


    If you get a letter from your ISP chill out, They have to warn you most ISP like C&W will just send you a few warnings, Don't worry just stop downloading for a Little while.
