Dishnetwork

I have a Dishnetwork reciever that was purchased in the states back in 2001. It has never been used still brand new.I would like to know, if it can be used today with all the changes that are going on? ???

definately prodmaster, it still can be used, i dont know much about DishNet since im a DTV guy ;D, but i do know, u can still useyour 2001 receiver with dish net, all u need is the current ROM card they are using with dish net.
