Guys:

Just wanna know. When the Apple Iphone comes out in June for Cingular will we be able to use it out here seeing that most Cingular phones you can use them by just putting in the chip? I need this phone.

I can only guess that for it to work 'down here' it will need to be untied / unlocked from Cingular... Then it will be able to work with Digi.

It should work in Jamaica, Make sure that if you buy the phone its unlocked and Digicel supports the band that it uses.

it works with GSM 850 / GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 so it should work with any network including C&W

yes its a quad band phone but it may only work on digicel if bought from cinguler yes i know that sounds like the opposit but its digicel it will work with

Mi nuh sure bout dat part.....mi kno seh ova di years seh phones from Cingular mainly work wid C&W. Mi nuh kno bout digicel. Nuff time mi si friends wid phones from Cingular wid c&w sim card inna it. Right now....a close by friend have one wid di c&w sim inna it.

My experience with Cingular Phones is that they work with digicel sims right out the box without even being unlocked. Hoping for the best.
