Is urs legit? I pirated it, but when u go to live update after a fresh install (this is after i already activated it), it deactivates norton and none of the pirated keys work and there is no keygen in site.

Anyways, NIS has been always good. my favourite was 2005 tho. I havent tried 2007. I am afraid to try it since, every Norton release is a bigger resource hog than its predecessors.

My preference is Zone Alarm Security Suite-Anti-virus and Anti-spyware in one.

Anyone use Kaspersky Anti-Virus? If so, how do you rate it?

    Zone Alarm, Adaware and spysweeper.

I have seen NIS block internet on a LAN for no good reason.

I have the norton internet security but as someone said, it just hogs too much resources...I'm getting ticked off now.
What would you recommend to replace Norton that uses far less resources but still provide good security? I have a new machine that came with Vista Home and norton, what can i use?
