Signaling it has no plans to give up its claim to the iPhone trademark, Cisco Systems came out with a full-page ad yesterday to promote its version of the handheld gadget.
The advertisement, which appeared in the New York Times, came three weeks after Cisco filed a lawsuit against Apple - whose own iPhone is set to debut in June - alleging trademark infringement.
Apple was due to respond to the suit earlier this week, but Cisco agreed to extend the deadline so both sides could try to reach an agreement. source:nypost
