Truth be told, you can find many sites that provide exam dumps, CISCO, MS et al.

For a fact, MS exams have gotten much harder, MS has done alot to improve the complexity of some exams. For a fact.
    1) Check how many MCSE have upgrade there Cert to 2003
    2) How many MCSE : Security on W2k3 are there.

And from what i have seen on the beta Exams for Vista and Exchange 2007, the complexity will increase.

The proof is always in the experince of the engineer, there are many certified, persons who have only been certifed by reading. I have interviewed many many guys, and i use the same question to stump the all the while.

My point is, certify you self, but ensure you know your product internally, MS ,CISCO or any other vendor.

I need your thoughts on a topic. Friend of mine was giving me some advice re which of the two (MCSE or CCNA) to do. Taking into consideration job availability in Jamaica. So Im asking you guys opinion, which is best to do?

What is your career objective? Do you want to be Windows system administrator/systems engineer, of do you want to be a telecom/network admin/engineer?

Both options give you good knowledge which you can use. If you get the opportunity to do both, then do so, you will be better rounded. But if you must chose, then that choice should be made primarily on the basis of which skillset will be most applicable to your situation and goals.

    Edit

Check some of the other threads on the topic. Do a search here.

Get the Sybex book and you can buy the Network Visualizer 6 from them. After going through everything, you should pass the CCNA and that is much cheaper than any classes for CCNA.
