NEED TO ACCESS LAPTOP but no PASSWORD

yea i av a laptop .. dell latitude d600 but i only know the user name & password for a limited account .. how can i access the admin ..... just the limited account info
Only know the admin username
Is there a way to break it etc etc

cousin laptop but him dnt remeber his passwrd but he neeeeeeds info from it like ASAP but my user name is on it but im limited .. so i cant go in his documents etc etc

u see da ting is .. him is a care free yute .. it has put down for months not doing nutten .. so i want mek use of it .. but him want him documents back up .. so can i jus put in the hard drive in an enclosure ... wud it still acess the admin documts? .. but then agen wud hav to format it after .. but a real techie wud use formarting as a last option
