You want a lick in you head wid a check book ;D , that be a xeon processor, and like I say if it is actually 3 of them...250-300 bucks :....the box might cost that much ;D

    From pricewatch.com

    $795 - Xeon 3.2GHz 533FSB 1MB

Now note the diagram...3x Xeon 3.4GHz

    @ kilaj1

Rem that gaming consoles are created mainly for children and young adults. Where would they find that much money to pay for a console. Certainly M$ don't want Sony 7 Nintendo to nyam up them customers. I'm guessing that it will go for around $250.

Them mussie have a backdoor deal on those xeon chips. :

And who incurss the cost for the processors and how is profit made?

Either the price is gona be higher, something is wrong with that diagram, Microsoft lick them head or I need to go back to Economics and Marketing classes.

Mr. Bill will foot the bill guys...His pocket is verryy deep.....
Seriously though I read from the release of the originally XBOX there marketing stratedgy was to make the console relatively inexpensive and make up for lost revenue from Sales of Game titles...Look for even more alliances with the top game makerss
