    Personally I'm using 2.4.18 and 2.4.26 on Debian GNU/Linux

    We are using 2.6.5 in development and 2.4.2x in production. Overall the performance of 2.6 kernels is great and we should have it in production very soon.

    I got a kernel panic when I tried to boot in 2.6.5.

    am using a gentoo patched up 2.6.7-r13, was using .6.8 but K3B wasnt working with it so i SIDE-graded to my present kernel
