I am currently developing a video conferencing software and there are a couple of hicups that i have reached.
    1. receiving multiple data on a single port, is that possible?
    2. openning word, powerpoint, pdf etc.. documents in a frame using a activex wrappers.
    3. closing a frame without click the 'X'
    4. white boarding solution'
    5. remote assistance

If you know of a solution to any of these please respond.

It would be good for you to E-L-A-B-O-R-A-T-E. Do not just put something down. I don't know what that is? Explain please.

my bad.. i was just messing around tho...

Macromedia has a server version of it's popular vector animation program Flash (and so has NOTHING to do with Java but is a pre-made alternative) which has chat and video conferencing features built in.

And since ActionScript (native Flash code) is VERY close javascript (yes i know it doesn't equal Java), and is object oriented you shouldn't have much of a problem aclimatizing.

If you're doing this for a company then buying the software would work.. if it's your own thing.. then sorry.. i can't help.
