...Nevermind, i resolved the issue eventually. Zune sucks.

well..lets see if i remember...

-Downgrade Zune software from the latest 2.x to v1.1.
-Upgrade v1.1 to 2.x using the file zune-x86.msi in the setup directory (upgrade didn't work via internet)
-Update Zune firmware to latest as they say it's mandatory.
-End the zunebusenum service and restart it.

I think that's all i did.
