If you had bought Dyol stock you'd be happy today. It jumped to reach the $30 mark.

Its great to see that so many young men like ourselves take interest in investing int he future. I had tonns of stock in JMMB but sold them because I needed some cash. Now am sorry as hel as their standings have grown over the past couple of months. (my bad luck)

Anyway keep it up and I would encourage anyone to take the risk and invest in stocks, it will be well worth it.

One thing to always remember what goes up... must come down (and the exception to the rule for now is JMMB & RBTT)

Stock market plunges after three-month bull run

    Observer Business Reporter
    Wednesday, April 14, 2004

The Jamaica stock market plunged yesterday, with stocks shedding 4.3 per cent of their value in a major correction of the three-month bull run in which stocks have appreciated nearly 50 per cent since the beginning of the year.

While the JSE main index dropped by 4,395.47 points or 4.21 per cent, stocks of Jamaican companies plunged by 8.97 per cent or 9,295.38 points to close at 94,329.89 points in one of the worst single-day performances of local stocks in years.

Well this would only have affected those that bought stocks recently. My stocks were bought from waybackwhen so even if they fall a bit I still would have made some money. If they fell below the price I ad bought them for then I'd be losing.

But the fact still remains as BlackCryptoKnight said that it is very risky.
