I dont know how advanced everyone here is in regards to CCNA but I will post the question anyway.

Which of the following statements is true regarding the command sequence illustrated below? (Please choose all that apply.)

    Router(config)# interface loopback 0
    Router(config-if)# ip address 192.168.16.24 255.255.255.255

    A. It creates a virtual, software only, interface.
    B. It provides a way to test the convergence of OSPF routing updates.
    C. The mask of 255.255.255.255 is called a host mask.
    D. It uses a wildcard mask of 255.255.255.255.
    E. It ensures that an interface is always active for OSPF processes.
    F. These commands can only be issued to configure serial interfaces.

The command above Enables the Loopback interface and assigns an address of 192.168.16.24....This will ensure that a routable interface is always available...So possible answers are.....C....E

I agree with you tech_guru but I also choose answer 'A' as a loopback interface is a logical interface( In other words virtual, software only, interface.)
