Synchronize Helpp!!

I have a little prob.. hoping someone can help me, I config my files to be synchronize when I log off and log on to my network, I have a GP from the PDC to do this, but I change to a new file server and change to sync to the new path but my computer is sync the new path and old path, when I look in Sync manager I see both path to the folder I am sync, how can I take out the old path and only sync the new path?
