=|. I even went to their offices to enquire about even my bill balance. Haven't got any bills lately + can't call the toll free line to find out balance or change my adsl package. I'm sure they're ready to cut the line though if the bill aint paid on time. I've had it with CW at this point. What if I needed tech support? I'd basically have no net for the pass few months the way their customer care center is going. Good thing my contract is up so I can terminate on a whim.

I think upgrades and downgrade requests can be done through the sign up option on interactive recording.
