He said my bandwidth will go down from 12 to 3 mb/s for a period of 3 days each time they detected such activity on my account.

They don't cut it by 50%, they cut it by 75%.

Well I'm wondering if I have any legal right to challenge them.
How many Gigs worth of Torrents over how many days was this?

I have to be watching Youtube on 240p. It stutters on 360 and when I set it to 720p, it goes to 144p. What I do now is to download the 720p, then delete. FLOW sux.

I'm wasting my money with them. Going to call LIME tomorrow.

The last three (3) months my Flow service has been a pain, intermittent bandwidth drop off bringing everything to a halt, well not completely. My bandwidth will drop to 10KB/s, not enough to browse or do anything Internet related.

I've started monitoring the SNMP data on my Arris modem and recording the bandwidth usage as the issue happens.

Has anyone been experiencing similar issues?

Update: Flow Tech Support suspects that the issue maybe the modem, so they have scheduled to have it changed tomorrow. I'm hoping that they are right and the issue is resolved once and for all

This is my input. If you want 4 meg you buy a 4 meg package. If you want more then you buy a higher package.it cant be legal or right for you to be capped for using the full speed that you want and is payin for.
