    u need a very special tv tuner card the software is their i cant post it Illegal stuff

    Well I kan partially help u, u'll need a ligitimate program kalled "Dscrambler" however dat alone not gonna help, and I kan't help u any further

    I found a program that could do it using your tv tuner a few years ago, it was written by some brazilian fellow for His card so it will only work for cards that use the same chipset. The software isn't illegal, using it might be.

    It's called CCD-XP 32 various versions exist including one in english. Google should help you with the rest.
