Default Looking for a registry watcher

Anyone know of a free software or even a trial software that will watch changes made to your registry?

I tried a program called Registry Watch but it is old (2003) and the trial said, my version will expire January 11, 2003.

All other software sites point to this registry watch program. So just wondering if you guys know of any off hand.

Spybot S&D comes with a program called Tea Timer, which informs you of any changes to the registry. You have to OK each change.

    Thanks pogi, ramesh.

Will try Regmon first and if it doesn't suit my needs, will try tea timer.
