My company Just recieved quotes from both Companies Flow and CW, I did all the Ground work already. But the problem now is that my companies HQ will only accept bids from established companies, which flow is not, so i am seeking affidavits from companies who have used their service and are ok with it. I think flow is owned and operated by already established columbus communications.
They pilot established operations in other caribbean countries. You may want to refer to this.

actually from what I'm hearing, nearly every ISP of consequence is using Flow in some form or the other either directly or indirectly.
