This is really funny I called and asked for the upgrade to 2mb sometime ago and the agent told me that it was done and my bill reflects the change. No technician came to my house, I had no idea a technician had to come to change the 1mb to 2mb I thought it could be done remotely.
    *confused*

I wont say i work there, wont say i dont....
But as was said b4 when the honeymoon is over 2 - 3mb goes back to the "real" price.. US$70 & US$90 respectively. But you wont have to worry bout that for now since is next year b4 that happen.

As for the settings, Tech_guy said it already.. "10 second setup"

Why can't we just get the settings and do it ourselves??

Looking at the implementation, it may be that there has to be synchronization between the switch over at the exchange PLUS the changing of the settings at home.

Well, i guess CWJ can continue wasting the 10 secs on the technicians time AS WELL AS the 2 weeks it takes the technician to reach your house
