You can't 'give' ur ADSL line to anyone...

unless its a situation of they're ur neighbour and all the ports are full so u cancelling ur service allows someone else nearby to get one.

What cyvan's saying sounds correct. You cancel.. someone else gets the port. so if that "neighbour" lives in the same exchange as you then what c&w said sounds right.

What kinda modem is it, Paradyne or Speedtouch.. either one, i'll buy it for $800 that cool?
