Have You Gotten Your ADSL Upgrade Yet?

This Poll was created to see if persons that have requested their ADSL upgrade to the new 2 & 3Mb package respectively got it & how long it took to get it.

Well i know some ppl have gotten it under 4 days, while some ppl still waiting after signing up days after.

I can't even get thru to customer care. I waited for over an hour. It's not nice listening enya for over an hour. Gonna try back on Sunday when ppl gone church.

Not sure. If you dont mind listening to Enya you can try calling customer care to find out...

Depending on the time you have left on your contract. If you have less than six month left or your contract is up then CWJ would require a six month contract starting the day you get the upgrade at the same price depending on the ADSL package you have now. You would have to call CWJ customer care for more info.

Come on guys, i know that the majority of you guys on techja. using cwj adsl. So if you have requested the upgrade to the new adsl package of 2 & 3mb please post how long it took you to get the upgrade. Thanks.
