Hi just thought i'd weigh in although this must be a dead conversation already.

Here's a good article to compare the two offerings...i'm pro VB.NET in this game but between VB.NET & C# I choose C#.

I was a VB6 programmer, full converted to VB.net and loving it. Though i still have my old apps i wrote in VB6 but currently working on new versions for one of them.
