The C Language is used to code the ATM interfaces. Not C++, just raw C.

If it takes 50 men 1 year to build a house, how long would it take 1 man to build the same house?
It's possible to build ANY application on your own, the question is; Is it probable?

CKnight is right dk. So long as you have resources with which to build it, any number of people can build it - including you alone.
Bear this in mind, Linus Torvalds built the first releases of Linux all by himself. Everyone else on the dev team are only adding on to what Torvalds created.
An ATM program is too simplistic to require a team - at least, that's just my opinion.
