Default why Microsoft will reign over opensource

dispite the fact that all its software are so damn expensive...

I have been trying to install Mandriva Linux for over 5 hours. It installs without a hitch but then just crap out when I try to run it with KDE or GNOME. I finally gave up and went online to try and figure out what the heck is going on. It turns out there is a huge problem with Mandriva 2006 and Xorg. How come they havent fixed such a huge problem since Mandriva 2006's release?

I am now trying to install Ubuntu... lets see how this turns out.

I dont like the fact that some rich white south-african guy(who got rich under apartheid) owns the company that makes this software... but thats another story...

You don't understand how to install a distro and so Microsoft will reign over opensource.

    I see...

Why are you trying to install Linux? Wouldn't it be better for you to stick to Windows? I hear it is a lot easier to use.

No I don't. I cannot sound as stern as you. You once called someone an "unwashed heathen". I am far too polite to do that.

    Ubuntu installation.....Failed.

popped up with some partitioning error message, then just crapped out.
(maybe the software knows I dont like the owner)

Two different distros crapped out on me so far, good thing there are so many to choose from.

1)Mandriva crapped out because it has major issues with Xorg.
2)Ubuntu crapped out trying to reformat the partition.

    lets see what happens later.
