1. Customer service improvement - availability & consistent information
2. Improved performance - decrease in lags for gamers
3. Price
4. NO LONG TERM CONTRACT - especially since deal isn't all that anymore

if i was there, or if he ever met a small effective contingent of TJ members with a view as to hear what we think should be improved and/or changed(hint, hint) then i believe while he would have to face a little fire at first(it naw go nice without likkle fire - Capleton)but he would seriously leave that meeting educated in terms of what needs to be done to improve service and all round image
