    but the better customer service & no contract is a good start, and quit with the damm promises eg: "the within the next 24hrs" lie lie lie

    Cheaper prices the 1mb for $50us is still way to expensive

    ACTUALLY get the speed you pay for...even adjusting for TCP overheads im sure people are getting less than what they are paying for

    IMMEDIATE removal of existing customer service/public relations management
    COMPLETE overhaul of the "customer care" service including:

    IMMEDIATE removal of that "enya" song

    improved waiting times...no more 1hr waiting to get through

    better informed customer care people...i can call 5 different times asking the same question and get 5 completely different answers

    this would be a good start...

    What i can promise you all hear these excat post will be put on the president desk for action most of the times your comment are watered down before they reach him or the don't at all that's the purpose of this post

    but why should it take another competitor to force this? I think they need to organise their management system better cause it seems as if they still stuck in the monopoly age. cellular war hit them and them almost allowing the same thing to happen again

    3 month warranty on the modem?? Whats up with that..

    I get the equipment free if i stay in the contract for 1yr, but i only have a 3 month warranty...
