A Good Institution For Programming

Hey every1, i was thinking to go to CIT after 5th form, however after calling them i realize that they dont offer accomodations(WTF??). Could n e 1 give me their opinion on which institution is good for its programming programme.

PS UTech is out cuz i would have to appy earlier , 6th form would'nt work out 4 me. Im at Glenmuir btw.
