    neither one the one i have look like the top picture but it has "MSI" inscibed on the heat sink

    but i do have the box for the bottom picture strange isnt it?

    No not strange... as I know the card yu talking... it is actually the asian (taiwan/chinese) version... cybermedia has em... they sell them for that but anyway do yur thing...
