    It took the company almost 1 week to send out such notification...that's bad..

    I always notice the bad attitude with C&W...upgrading in the background and disrupting the service to the general public.

    This is the same behaviour that took place last year during the big announcement..

    Did a speed test on http://www.testmy.net/ (for 256k connection)
    This was the result
    "Ouch, are you on dial-up or something? Your connection scored 0.5/5 stars..."
    42 Kbps or 0 Mbps (5 kB/s)
    I hope they fix it soon tho

    You can always count on them to notify you when they want to milk your wallet even more... It seems like they are talking Flow likely just like with Digi. Once again they'll realize their mistake when it's too late. Poor fools.

    @I got the same too with my 1Mb connection.

    They have never been known for sending out notifications, on time, to their customers about possible down time. So wasn't really defending them, just wondering if he had gotten the email, since he said he got no notification.

    But I really wish they were more vocal to their customers about what's happening.

    Its been fine at work for me yesterday surprisingly, Our supposedly 2Mb connection which was actually around 1+ Mb for months jumped to 1.5+ Mb/s. I'm not sure what these guys up to, but they are making a big mistake with their attitude towards this business. People will remember all these little things when they are faced with the opportunity of choice.
